Her specialist subject is pragmatism – together you will go at your pace and create implementable strategies that work for you on a personal and a business level. You will define your goals and then set about removing the blockers that are in the way. Through a blend of coaching methodologies and insights derived from her own extensive business experience, you will embark on a journey to not only achieve these goals but also address any other pertinent challenges along the way. Nicola provides expertise in strategy and business planning, business development, charity governance and transformation, quality and policy review and investigations.
For 27 years, Nicola was the Group CEO of a large social care provider and MD of a provider of a social care online learning. Her extensive experience covers learning disability and mental health services, social prescribing, social welfare advice, community prevention work, working with unpaid carers, counselling services and domestic abuse work. Nicola has an excellent understanding of the provider market and as a leader she has a reputation for being values led and building a highly motivated workforce with coaching, well-being and authenticity at its heart.
Nicola is a mentor on the Government’s Help to Grow Programme.
